Vegan Whole Wheat Bread


Whole Wheat: 2 cups
Enriched Flour: 1/2 cup
Sugar: 2 tbsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Yeast: 2 tsp
Warm Almond Milk: 1 cup
Tapioca Starch: 1tbsp (Mix with 3tsp water)
Olive Oil: 2tbsp

Method Of Preparation:

Mix all the above ingredients and beat on high for 2 mins.
Mix another 1/4 cup of enriched flour and knead for another 2 to 3 mins.
Keep the above mixture aside by covering it with a cloth for about 10 mins.
Next, keep this dough in a warm place for about 35 mins.
In the meanwhile, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Bake for 30 mins. Yummy bread is ready!
