Oats Laddu

 

Ingredients:

Rolled Oats – 1 cup

Dalia – 1/2 cup

Chiroti Rava (Thin rava) – 1/2 cup

Sugar – 1 cup

Cardamom – 3

Cashews – 7 or 8

Raisins – 1/4 cup

Ghee – 1/2 cup

 

Preparation Method:

Dry roast Oats and Dalia in a pan. Heat the Chiroti Rava  with 1/2 tbsp ghee until its color turns brown. Roast the Cashews and Raisins.

Coarsely grind Oats and Dalia and combine with Chiroti rave.

Also grind sugar and cardamom.

Mix sugar, cardamom and ghee with your hands.

To this add Oats, Dalia, Cashew pieces and Raisins.

Combine everything properly and roll into balls.

Enjoy!!
