If you have guests over or if it is a festive season, you can make kalakand at home with this quick recipe.
It’s so yummy! Kids love it! Everyone loves it!
Unsalted Butter – 1tsp
Dry milk – 3 cups
Ricotta cheese – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Method of Preparation:
Take all of the above ingredients and microwave for 8-9 minutes.
After every 1 minute, stir the mixture well.
Pour and set it into a tray.
Allow it to cool. Now, you have your kalakand/milk cake ready!
Garnish with sliced Pistachios on top of the Kalakand. Enjoy!
