Homemade Hung Yogurt Dip

- 3 cups of yogurt
- chopped garlic
- salt to taste
Method Of Preparation:
- Tie some yogurt in a muslin cloth and leave it hanging over a sink for atleast 3-4 hours.
- Take down the bundle and tighten it to remove any excess water.
- Transfer the whey into a bowl. Add minced garlic chives and salt.
- Your hung curd dip is ready! Savor it with tortilla chips.
