We all know that there are many health benefits of yogurt. One of the most impressive benefits is the fact that it has Live cultures and probiotics.  By going for this easy recipe of making home made yogurt dip, along with benefitting from all the good nutrients that yogurt has to offer you can also enjoy a guilt free dip which is free of any artificial additives or preservatives. So here’s a quick recipe which you can enjoy with your loved ones!!


  • 3 cups of yogurt
  • chopped garlic
  • chives/coriander
  • salt to taste

Method Of Preparation:

  • Tie some yogurt in a muslin cloth and leave it hanging over a sink for atleast 3-4 hours.
  • Take down the bundle and tighten it to remove any excess water.
  • Transfer the whey into a bowl. Add minced garlic chives and salt.
  • Your hung curd dip is ready! Savor it with tortilla chips.
