Choco-Nut No Bake Bars


9 Honey Maid graham crackers

1 cup almond butter

12 squares Theo’s 85% Dark Chocolate

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Almonds, halved




Method Of Preparation:


Crush the graham crackers.

Spoonful by spoonful, put all the almond butter into the powder. Knead until the mixture can stay firm, even after you let it go.

Pack the mixture into the bottom of a glass container so it is about 3/4 of an inch thick.

Put this into the fridge to let it get a little more firm.

Meanwhile, put the squares of dark chocolate into a  microwavable move.

Microwave until melted and gooey.

Spread the chocolate over the graham crackers.

Press the halved almonds into the chocolate.

Sprinkle the powdered sugar on top. (Powder your own sugar by putting granulated sugar in a blender)

Put it back in the fridge, and let it sit for 60-90 minutes.

Cut into pieces.



Tweak the Recipe:

For a sweeter bar, use flavored almond butter or mix in sugar. Use milk chocolate instead of dark.

You can use any type of nuts and nut butter.
