Recipe Of Home Made Milk Chocolate
Sugar: 1 cup
Water: 1/2 cup
Butter: 1 cup
Cocoa powder: 1 cup
Milk Powder: 3 cups
Nuts assorted broken and roasted.
Method Of Preparation:
Take a thick bottomed pan.
Add sugar and water. Stir for about 15 min till a one string consistency is obtained.
Now add butter, stir for 2 mins.
Add cocoa powder and milk powder.
Mix well for about 30 seconds till uniformly blended.
Take off heat.
Add roasted nuts, including peanuts skinned and roasted.
Mix and Pat on to a greased plate.
Cut into desired shapes when at room temperature.
Dislodge from the plate after refrigerating for 30 mins. Store in airtight boxes. Lasts for about 20 days in a refrigerator. Enjoy!
