Easy//Nutritious//Healthy//Kid Friendly//Good for Tiffin/Lunch Boxes.
I am a big fan of easy and healthy recipes. If you have read my previous recipes you would have realized this by now 🙂 Due to some personal reasons, I had taken a break from posting the recipes but definitely not cooking. Cooking is therapeutic for me, the smell of the kitchen motivates me to cook more, eat more and crib more that I have gained weight 😂😂😂😂.
Avocado Chapatis: Ingredients-
Wheat flour as required
Ginger garlic paste: 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Cilantro: 1 table spoon chopped finely
Garlic finely chopped or garlic powder as per taste.
Method Of Preparation:
Scoop the avocado into a large mixing bowl.
Add salt, ginger garlic paste, garlic and mash well.
Add the wheat flour and knead into soft dough.
Take a small portion of the dough, make balls and flatten a bit.
Smear with wheat flour and roll it into rotis/chapathis.
Fry on hot tawa on both sides.
Serve hot with any gravy or dhal.
There is no need to use oil or ghee as avocado contains good fat and it is enough.
If required a drop of oil can be added after the rotis are made.
